After
we receive your payment, we will email transfer instructions to both you and the
seller. You and the seller will then individually complete and return the
Transfer Form and other required documentation.
Once
the Ticket Office has approved your Seat License transfer, we will send payment to the
seller. If your Seat License transfer cannot be completed for some reason, we will send
you a full refund.
Because
we hold the money during the transaction, we guarantee that you will receive a
full refund if your Seat License transfer cannot be completed for some
reason.
This
guarantee does not cover the sale of any tickets which occurs directly between
the buyer and seller.
