After we receive your payment, we will email transfer instructions to you and the seller. You and the seller with then complete the transfer with the Ticket Office.
Your transaction is completed
Once we confirm with the Ticket Office that your transfer is complete, we will send payment to the seller.
Your transaction is not completed
Once we confirm that your transaction will not be completed, we will send you a full refund.
Because we hold the money during the transaction, we guarantee that you will receive a full refund if your transaction is not completed.
This guarantee does not cover the sale of any tickets between the buyer and seller, which includes, but is not limited to, season tickets, parking passes, playoff tickets, or other event tickets. The sale of any tickets will occur directly between the buyer and seller.
