In order to sell your Pittsburgh Steelers Seat Licenses on the website, you must first create an account. There is no charge to create an account. You can then login to your account, click the Create Listing button, and fill out some basic information about your listing. The price of the listing is ONLY for the Seat Licenses and does not include the price of any tickets.
You will receive an email each time a buyer submits an offer on your listing. You will have 48 hours to accept or reject this offer before it expires. If you reject the offer, you can submit a counter offer (the buyer cannot act on the counter offer- it is for information only).
After you accept an offer, we will get agreement between you and the buyer on the terms of sale for any tickets. Any transaction regarding tickets (including payment for tickets and delivery of tickets) will be arranged between you and the buyer upon completion of the transfer based on these agreed-upon terms. We do not handle the ticket part of the transaction. Any offer accepted before November 1 will automatically include the buyer getting the rights to purchase any playoff tickets directly from the Ticket Office.
Once we have agreement between you and the buyer on the terms of the ticket sale, we will email the payment instructions to the buyer. There is nothing for you to do until we receive payment from the buyer.
Once we receive payment from the buyer, we will email the transfer instructions to both you and the buyer. You and the buyer will then complete the transfer of the PSLs with the Ticket Office.
Once we confirm with the Ticket Office that your transfer is complete, we will send you payment for the sales price less the Transaction Fee. This Transaction Fee is calculated as 10% of the sale price (minimum $250).
You and the buyer will arrange any ticket transaction at this time (if applicable). The Marketplace will provide both buyer and seller with the necessary contact information to complete the ticket transaction.
